Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment in Full
If you have paid in full and you are unable to join the specific cohort you had signed up for, you can join our next cohort by informing us latest by 2 weeks in advance of the beginning of the Program.
2. Subscription Plans
If you have signed up for a subscription plan and you are unable to join the specific cohort, do inform us well in advance. We will deactivate your subscription account and email you on the next cohort schedule to renew your subscription and join the program. During the program you cannot drop out and deactivate the subscription plan. In an emergency, on a case to case basis, we will consider your case and adjust it with the next cohort.
When you have signed up for the program you cannot get refunds or cancel your one time Payment or Subscription. It will be adjusted against joining the next cohort program.
